Biogas is a kind of combustible gas produced by microbial fermentation of organic materials under anaerobic conditions, with high calorific value, it is an ideal gas fuel for power generation, the main combustible component is methane CH4, the general concentration of methane is 40-75%, and the rest is carbon dioxide and a small amount of nitrogen, hydrogen, and hydrogen sulfide. Its characteristics are similar to natural gas. Its main raw materials are: garbage, sewage treatment plant sludge, human and animal feces, sewage, plants, crop residues, animal fats and proteins and other organic materials. The material and slag discharged after fermentation by the biogas plant are rich in nutrients and can be used as fertilizer and feed.

①Temperature of biogas 10~50℃;

②Biogas pressure 0.5~15Kpa, pressure change rate ≤0.5Kpa/min;

③H2S≤20mg/Nm³;

④NH3≤20mg/Nm³;

⑤Methane content in biogas ≥40%;

⑥Impurity particle size ≤5um, impurity content ≤30mg/Nm³;

⑦Moisture content in biogas ≤ 20mg/Nm³;

⑧Biogas should be processed to achieve no liquid components
