Biomass gas generator set is a generator set fueled by combustible syngas produced by biomass pyrolysis. It is a combustible gas fuel derived from various straw, rice husk, tree branches, wood chips, shrubs, fruit shells, domestic garbage and other biomass wastes through high-temperature pyrolysis gasification and redox reaction in gas generator, which drives the engine to work. The main combustible components of syngas are CO, H2 and a small amount of methane CH4, etc., of which the CO content is generally in the range of 10% to 30% or so, H2 content is generally in the range of 8% to 36% or so, CH4 content is generally in the range of 2% to 20% or so, CnHm content is generally in the range of 0.2% to 0.6% or so, the general biomass pyrolysis of the syngas produced by a large number of tars, moisture and a certain amount of ash, tar, moisture and ash. Tar, water and ash are extremely unfavorable to the operation of gas engines, and the syngas must undergo strict pre-treatment such as tar removal before entering the gas generator set. This straw, rice husk, wood chips, shrubs, fruit shells, household waste and other biomass waste instead of expensive oil resources development and utilization has a better integrated economic benefits, while eliminating a large number of rice husk, straw pollution of the environment. The development and utilization of biomass green energy with modern technology is of great significance for the establishment of a sustainable energy system, the promotion of socio-economic development and the improvement of the ecological environment.

②Biomass gas pressure 0.5~15kpa, pressure change rate≤1kpa/min;
③H2S≤20mg/Nm³;
④NH3≤20mg/Nm³;
⑤Tar content ≤20mg/Nm³;
⑥Impurity particle size≤5um, impurity content≤30mg/Nm³;
⑦Moisture content in biomass gas≤20mg/Nm³;
⑧Gas calorific value ≥ 4.2MJ/Nm³;
